To ensure social compliance in all business processes, to implement a social management system compliant with relevant social standards, and to gradually increase social impact together with all stakeholders in the supply chain,

- Respect will be shown for our employees' union rights in a free and democratic manner,

Fair Remuneration:
- Respect will be shown for our employees' right to receive fair wages sufficient to provide a decent living for themselves and their families, in addition to the social rights provided by law, and this principle will be adhered to,
 - Our company will comply with the wages mandated by the state's minimum wage legislation or standards approved on the basis of collective bargaining, at a minimum,
 - Wages will be paid on time, regularly, and in full in the national currency,

- To comply with current laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime due to productive work and respect for human rights,
 - Our business cannot impose forced labor on any employee. Working principles in our business are based on voluntariness. If an employee leaves the job, the company cannot prevent or delay this except for any security reasons. To protect all personal information of our employees and keep it confidential to the extent specified by laws,

Prevention of Debt Bondage, Forced Labor, or Human Trafficking:
- Our company will not resort to any system such as servitude, forced labor, debt repayment through labor, employment of illegal workers, or involuntary worker employment,
 - Our employees will be granted the right to freely leave work and terminate their employment contracts, provided reasonable notice is given,

Employment of Foreign Workers:
In our company, employment contracts for foreign workers employed/to be employed in accordance with our laws are prepared in a language they understand. The legal rights of foreign workers regarding employment are protected by our company. Our company will not employ illegal workers,
Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
